SHOCK AS THE FILE CONTAINING JAMLECK Vs Jubilee party, Wa Iria Goes Missing In Court

Fury is foaming at Milimani law courts as the file containing the case of Jamleck Kamau and others Vs Jubilee Party, Jubilee's National Elections Board, Jubilee's Tribunal and Governor Mwangi wa Iria is missing.
Muranga residents who has accompanied Governor Mwangi wa Iria are yet to come to terms with speculations that the case may be postponed.
On how a document would escape from the court of law, the Courts clerks are the best placed people to narrate and explain. However the move has caused jitters to Wa Iria diehards who argue that the case should be determined once and for all to pave way for other programs.
Jamleck wants Wa Iria's certificate nullified on grounds that the party did not use it's register.
The 'Missing'of the file comes only a day after The Chief Justice David Maraga gave Judges one week to hear and determine the Nominations cases to allow IEBC continue with its mission, Printing the names of the Political parties' names.
