EXPOSED: HOW JUBILEE PARTY PRIMARIES WAS RIGGED IN WANGU GATURI AND TOWNSHIP WARDS

Few days after the Jubilee Party conducted its nominations, details have emerged on how rigging was planned and executed in Kiharu Constituency.
According to an Investigation done by KK ONLINE NEWS Polling officers and Clerks from Jubilee party as well as agents from opponent camps were compromised to act in favor of one candidate. There were people who had money piled with  bundles who dished them to voters to vote  in favor of the Aspirant.
In Muranga Social hall, an appointee of a certain politician had a smartphone which the voter used to snap a photo of the marked ballot which then he or she could show the appointee to be given a sh 1000 note.
In some instances the appointee gave sh 700 and pocketed the balance. Incase a voter was illiterate, there they were to be assisted by the rogue agents and to some extent the polling officers. " I voted for my favourite candidate for more than 5 times," a gentleman told KK ONLINE NEWS
Another plan, KK ONLINE NEWS, has established was to transport voters. There were youthful voters who participated in the exercise despite the fact that they are not registered in places they voted. Several of the Aspirants already know about this plan and have launched complaints to the Jubilee Party headquarters.
Two of the Aspirants who vied on different positions were seen at Kambirwa at 2 am in the morning on the eve of the exercise.
By now Jubilee County Returning Officer together with Kiharu returning Officer have not been able to show the breakdown of how voting was done at Township, Gaturi and Wangu Wards. "In Gaturi Ward complaints had been launched about the Ward Results but the Returning officer went ahead and announced the winner early the next morning," a Gaturi Ward Aspirant told KK ONLINE. He angrily said the announced Mca, the Incumbent Rosemary Mary Wakuthii was announced  in mysterious ways.
Suprisingly, Kiharu Results took two days to be announced. There are speculations that the reason why they were delayed was to balance them to avoid tangible evidence by the complainants.
Interestingly apart from Kiharu there is no other single Constituency in Muranga that residents and Aspirants have disputed the outcomes. We can therefore authoritatively say that Jubilee party wished to conduct free fair and transparent party primaries were it not for one or two Member of Aspirants and rogue Polling officers who pockected 5000 to work in favor of a candidate.
