The Case that Kigumo lawmaker Jamleck Kamau has filled against Muranga Governor will be heard tomorrow tomorrow from 1pm.
This is to give all parties involved time to prepare their submissions n judgement to be passed on Friday 2:30pm
Kamau is seeking Court's decision to nullify Wa Iria's nomination citing massive irregularities in the just concluded party primaries.

TENSION IN MURANGA AS JAMLECK KAMAU SUE PRESIDENT'S PARTY AND WA IRIA
Tension and anxiety is high at Muranga and its environs as residents eagerly wait for the verdict of the Court after Kigumo Member of Parliament Hon Jamleck Kamau sued President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party and Murang'a Governor Mwangi wa Iria over the outcome of Jubilee party primaries that was done on 26th of April this year.
This has left most of the farmers perplexed as they had been promised to be given fertilizer subsidies by Mwangi wa Iria. Julius Kimani a 72 year old man from Kahuro sub-county castigated Kamau for his move wondering why he waited until Wa Iria started the process of assisting farmers with fertilizer subsidies.
However Thousands of Wa Iria supporters and hundreds of Jubilee Nominees escorted Wa Iria to Milimani Law Courts where Kamau has obtained an injuction nullifying his nomination
Kamau's litigation comes barely a week after he swore in a House of Lord at Kigumo that though he rejected the Gubernatorial results he would not file any petition but would embark on campaigning for the reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta. "I urge all of you to come out in large numbers in August and vote for our beloved President Uhuru Kenyatta. He told the congregation
Some residents argue that Hon Kamau lied before God and Congregation and for that reason he owe them a thorough explanation for his U turn move. "How could he lie to us that he has left his offenders to God," a Kirere resident murmured.
The case comes at a time both Kamau's supporters and his critics congratulated him for the bold move of conceding defeat many trusting that his chances of earning a lucrative position in Jubilee Government was high. However his decision for suing the ruling party may have far reaching consequences.
There are allegations that his decision was informed after getting
pressure from his supporters while others argue that he has been desperately making calls to State house operatives to no avail
