JUBILEE LOSERS: Independent Candidates Are In Opposition- Muturi Kigano Peter Kihungi

Even after leaders who were mercilessly defeated in the just concluded Jubilee Party Primaries that saw political giants being sent home by Dr. Wanjiku, claiming that they will be vying as Independent Candidates, their move have been interpreted to selfish, greedy and going against the spirit of Jubilee party.
Peter Irungu Kihungi, a Kanyenyaini Member of County Assembly who aspired for Kangema Parliamentary Seat and lost to Muturi Kigano has announced that he will not be running as an Independent Candidate.
"Genuine Party members and aspirants should not aspire to win all the time,failure wherefore militate them to move to other quarters to satisfy their egoes," Kihungi told Journalists
Kihungi said that 'Party hopping in  all its forms  is defeatist, selfish and is not Jubilee like" urging all his colleagues who were defeated to join hands and support the President by staying in Jubilee party.
On his part Muturi Kigano, the Jubilee appointee for Kangema Constituency, has condemned all the losers who rejected the results, "These are the same people who had vowed to be ardent supporters of Jubilee Party,their move is same as Joining opposition," Kigano said.
In a joint pressing briefing with Kihungi, Simon Mwangi and several losers and winners who contested for Members of County Assembly seats, Muturi categorically stated that the intention of the Independent Candidates was to weaken the Jubilee party.
Among the Jubilee Losers who rejected the results are the Senate Deputy Speaker Kembi Gitura, Kigumo Mp Hon Jamleck Kamau, former Inooro Presenter Waithira Muithirania, Former Maragua Mp Elias Mbau,among others
