COURT VICTORY: Moses Mwangi Will Smile All The Way

Doctor Moses Ndungu Mwangi Is a happy and relieved Man.

This was after a lawsuit filed against him by Muranga residents was dismissed for lacking enough evidence to lock Daktari out of August General Elections.

Peter Gatawa and 9 others had asked Milimani law courts to nullify Mwangi's Gubernatorial Candidature over claims of party hopping.

They argued that Moses has hopped from Jubilee Party to Maendeleo Chap Chap and then to Mzalendo Saba Saba party.

However Moses was able to convince the Court that he had never contravened the law and satisfactorily told the Tribunal that from Jubilee party he shifted to Mzalendo Saba Saba party days before the deadline for Party hopping.

Moses' win was warmly welcomed by his supporters who now believe he is the best ideal candidate for Murang'a County.

Moses had unsuccessfully used Mzalendo Saba Saba party in 2013, after losing to Governor Mwangi wa Iria during the TNA nominations.

His win means that he will be battling it out with Murang'a Governor Hon Mwangi wa Iria, Muranga's Jubilee nominee for the Governorship post.

Moses slogan is Actions and Peace (Ciiko na Thayu), a slogan he came up with during a hotly contested Gubernatorial Politics between Governor Mwangi wa Iria and Kigumo lawmaker Hon Jamleck Kamau.

A pharmacist by profession, Moses believes he will be elected as Murang'a Early in the morning promising Wa Iria a ride over his own money.
