The legal battle between Governor Mwangi wa Iria and His arc Rival has taken new dimension after the case that had been filed by Kamau was ruled on his favour.
Soon after the judge ordered Jubilee party to conduct fresh Gubernatorial primaries, Wa Iria has obtained an order barring the earlier ruling until his case is heard and determined.
Governor Mwangi wa Iria argue that he was not satisfied with Milimani judge's ruling.
The new renewed tussle comes even after Kamau had urged his supporters to come out in large numbers and vote for President Uhuru telling them that his name wilo not be in the ballot.
