Jubilee party has been ordered to conduct a fresh primaries withing 48 hours.
This was after Gubernatorial loser Hon Jamleck Kamau rushed to Court on grounds that it was not free and fair.
Kamau told the judge that the register which the Jubilee used was not that of the Jubilee party as should be the case according to Political parties regulations.
The ruling comes in a dramatic way as the file went missing something for several minutes.
It's interesting However to see whether Kamau who had sworn in the house of the Lord that his name would not be in the ballot in August would still contest.
Wa Iria's pleas fell into deaf ears after urging that the register would affect all the other positions.
The case sets a Lee way where other losers could be heading to Court to challenge the outcomes.
