BREAKING NEWS: Court Victory For Governor Mwangi wa Iria Blow To Jamleck Kamau

Governor Mwangi wa Iria will be spend today as the most happy man.

This is after The political parties disputes tribunal yesterday declared itself and ordered that the purported removal of Jubilee Party chairman, lawyer Simon Kamau and branch secretary Mr Samuel Macharia was null and void.

Reading the Judgment in open court, Hon Mbobu Kyalo observed that parties were not accorded a fair hearing and declared that the replacement of the two was null and void.

Further the court set aside the alledged replacement and reinstated the two as prayed by the complainants in their pleadings.

The two went to court under certificate of urgency following there removal by the head office on account of allegations bordering bribery and solicitation of funds from aspirants.

The ruling is a milestone achievement for Governor Mwangi Wa Iria who stood with them and protested interference of the county branch by his opponent Mr. Kamau . Wairia had stormed JP head office in Pangani with a convoy of more than 70 vehicles demanding explanations following the alleged removal of the dual.

Their reinstatement by the court vindicates the governor who since their alleged removal embraced the two has been closely working with them.

KK online News has observed that the two had been removed from office after the influence of the outgoing Kigumo Mp and Muranga Gubernatorial loser Hon Jamleck Kamau.

Kamau who lost to the Incumbent Governor Mwangi wa Iria has wanted a friendlier team that would 'Work with him'  since  Kamau and Macharia had proved difficult.

Joel Irungu Mwaniki had been selected as the Jubilee Secretary General while Jane Wanjiru had been picked as the chair.

The two however had been working with all the Jubilee nominees,  the chair stating that she would work with the winning team.

Jane Wanjiru is said to enjoy a cordial relationship with Kigumo lawmaker and is also believed to be working in office.

All eyes are now at Pangani to know whether Jubilee would respect the Court ruling and accord Kamau and Macharia a conducive environment for working.

Exclusive: Wa Iria Takes On Peter Munga Over 'Oppression'

Storm is brewing in Muranga County after Governor Mwangi wa Iria declared to deal vigorously with Equity Bank's Chair Peter Munga over his continued moves in oppressing Murang'a residents.

Wa Iria is set to hold a mother of all meetings at Ihura Stadium Next Week on Wednesday to discuss the increment of water Tarrifs by Muranga Water and Sanitation Company where Peter Munga is the chairman.

KK online News has learnt that one of the agendas of the meeting is to immediately lower water Tarrifs and also reduce  connection fees for the water meters.

A source within the County Government has told KK online News that Governor Mwangi wa Iria has taken the matter personally and have demanded that it is a must for Peter Munga attend the meeting in person without apologies.

Murang'a residents have been raising concerns over the reckless  increase of water Tarrifs by MUWASCO.

Attempts by Muranga leaders to address the water problems have been frustrated by strong forces believed to emanate from Munga, a Murang'a tycoon.

Last year a Murang'a resident filed a case at Murang'a law Courts represented by Muranga Jubilee Nominee for Senate and Kiharu lawmaker Irungu Kangata but a day before the verdict was announced, the resident withdrew the case without clear explanations.

However Muranga residents believe that the plaintiff was rewarded handsomely by Muranga water and sanitation company To Withdraw the case.

It is said that the petitioner bought two cars immediately after withdrawing the petition.

Peter Munga is a feared business tycoon who is said to be well connected to Government machinery and is touted to mending fences with Uhuru Kenyatta after a continued rivalry.

Munga, who also owns Equatorial Nuts Processers located at Maragua is also alledged to be sponsoring the candidacy of Moses Mwangi his immediate employee.

A close source within Dr. Moses Mwangi camp has whispered to KK online News that Munga and other Murang'a business community has raised over 500 Million to boost his campaigns.

In a Secret meeting that was held at Jacarada Hotel tycoons swore to do all what they can to oust Governor Mwangi wa Iria.

All eyes are now looking at Ihura Stadium where Wa Iria is set to meet one on one with his one time boss Peter Munga who will be put to task on why they increased water Tarrifs.

Sabina Chege Under Fire After Independent Candidates Responds To Her Criticism

Days after Murang'a Women Representative Wanjiru Chege castigated Independent candidates describing them as Self seekers who are hungry for power, the independent candidates have sent her a hot, chilly message to her .

Maragua Member of Parliament Independent Candidate  Antony Chege has demanded respect from Sabina and all the other Jubilee nominees who have joined efforts to bedevil them.

"I wish to remind the Jubilee Nominees that they are not above us just because they are in Jubilee party. We are all equal in the eyes of the law, Jubilee party is a political party like any other and that should not make those who stole votes feel superior than us," Chege told Journalists after he was cleared by IEBC on Thursday.

On his part Kiharu Member of Parliament independent candidate Mr. Karanja Mburu    condemned the Jubilee Candidates who "Even after they stole votes they go ahead and parade their arrogance in public, calling us Members of NASA while others Badmouthing us"

Karanja Mburu who is popularly known as Wamatangi advised all Candidates to respect each other and campaign peacefully without insults and belittling others.
"I'm practicing my political right as enshrined in the Constitution and no one including those bragging that it is them who have political rights can change that. Let any politician sell their manifesto to Wanjiku instead of propagating lies and innuendos about us," Karanja said.

He also dismissed Sabina's assertions that they were badmouthing Jubilee Candidates. "We are not! But then saying the truth is not badmouthing anyone, If the votes were stolen there are no better words to explain the same than telling as it is.

The Independent candidates observed that the only difference they had with Jubilee Candidates was that they engaged in election malpractices, ballot staffing and multiple voting during the Jubilee party primaries while those who remained honesty and truthful to God, law and voters were rigged out.

Karanja Mburu lost to Ndindi Nyoro whose win raised doubts to majority of the Kiharu residents.

Results for Wangu Gaturi and Township wards have remained unclear to this date.

Karanja Mburu described Jubilee party candidates as fearful, rumour mongers and guilty. "If they legally won why are they fearful, let them wait on 8/8/2017 and they will see dust,"

Wa Iria Dodges His Critics Cleared By IEBC

Governor Mwangi wa Iria has been cleared by IEBC to defend his seat on 8/8/2017.

He was cleared this morning at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission offices, Mukuyu.

His clearance has come as a shock to most of his critics who were burning midnight oil to ensure he does not get a nod from the Commission.

A 'Muranga Voter'  had been sponsored by Wa Iria's arc rivals to bar him from contesting over claims of graft claims and abuse of office.

Court cases are not new for the Governor who have been facing Corruption related cases that have been occasionally been sponsored by his political enemies.

LEAKED: Details Of A Secret Meeting Between Moses Mwangi And Muranga Business Tycoons To Oust Wa Iria

The mother of all battles is expected to erupt in Murang'a county between governor Mwangi wa Iria and his only competitor Moses Mwangi.

KK online has recieved reliable information that Moses has recieved the backing of a cliquè of prominent businesspeople who hail from the county.

It is said the businessmen met in a certain in Nairobi hotel to discuss ways of ousting Wa Iria in August.

According to our sources, over 500 million has been set aside to facilitate Moses' campaigns and ensure he trounces Governor Mwangi wa Iria.

The meeting is also said to have resulted to the formation of a team that was charged with the responsibility of championing his election considering that Moses is not a crowd puller.

The businessmen, who have been previously accused of being behind most of Wa Iria's woes, The flopped impeachment Senate summons Court battles among others are said to be willing to do anything possible to ensure they dethrone Wa Iria.

Some of the traders said to be involved are Equity Bank CEO James Mwangi, Chairman Peter Munga among others.

This plan may boost Moses' ratings in the county and give a stronger chance of fighting Wa Iria by providing the financial muscle and a more elaborate campaign machinery.

It however remains to be seen how the plan will fair against the Jubilee party's zeal to have all its nominees elected, as it is also expected to facilitate a  formidable wave that will sway the emotions of all.

Some of things planned to derail Wa Iria's campaign are sponsoring court cases and soiling his public image, in a campaign that will be carried out in all major media houses.

This information reaches us as details emerged of a court case filed by a voter seeking to have Wa Iria barred from vying on grounds of integrity.

If the revelations is something to go by, then it begs the question, If Moses would be Miraculously elected as the next Governor would he be only a ceremonial, Puppet Governor? Time will tell.
