TOP SECRET: DR MOSES DISCLOSES HIS SECRET CARD FOR WINNING ROUND TWO IN HIGH COURT

After weeks of sleepless nights, Murang'a Gubernatorial candidate Dr. Moses Mwangi, his family and supporters can now afford a sleep and to an extent a long nap.

On 15th June this year (Thursday) Moses' Supporters kept their fingers crossed at Milimani's high Court relentlessly and eagerly awaiting the Judge's verdict after the Complainant Mr. Peter Gatawa appealed days after his case was dismissed by The Tribunal.

Gatawa has argued that Moses hopped from 3 political parties contrary to the Elections laws.

However the Judge ruled on Moses Mwangi's favour confirming the earlier judgment by the Tribunal.

The court observed that Gatawa did not table compelling evidence to substantiate his litany of accusations and ruled that he carry the burden of payments to Moses 3 lawyers

Upon hearing the verdict Mzalendo Saba Saba candidate's supporters were ecstatic evidenced by cheerfulness and conviviality almost forgetting they were in a Court of law and start dancing.

Wearing uncharacteristically jovial face, Moses lauded the Judicial system of Kenya for rulling on his favour saying that the Court was not swayed by Political innuendos.

"The ruling today shows that Judiciary is headed by men and women with able and sober minds and signifies that those who want to get the Gubernatorial seat through Courts are doomed to fail," Moses said.

Addressing the media after the ruling the Happy Mwangi rebuked his Opponent for sponsoring legal battles so as to gain the upper hand in Gubernatorial race.

He also accused his opponent, Governor Mwangi wa Iria for playing with his hands since he announced his candidature.

Asked what could have been triggered his win in round two, Moses said that it has been a journey that has been characterised with daily prayers from supporters and his family

He said that since the case was taken to Milimani Law Courts he chose to remain calm, collected and humble pleading with his supporters to ape him something he said contributed greatly in winning the case adding that it was not his but for the Murang'a people.

He exuded confidence that he would emerge victorious in the General elections which will take place in less than 50 days.

FEAR: Deadly Gaza Squad Camps In Mukuyu

Residents of Kiawamburi village Maragi location in Muranga County have expressed concern over the escalating cases of insecurity in the area.

Bernard Njogu Gichanga is a victim of the rising cases of insecurity. He was on his way home from Mukuyu shopping center where he had gone to buy Unga after a long day at Quarry when he met three boys who descended on him with kicks and blows nearly dislocating his jaws.

'One of the boys hit me with a very sharp stone in my head and started bleeding profusely, when I left conscious they took my Wallet which had Sh 1200 and crucial documents and before leaving me for dead,' Njogu told KK online News.

Since then Njogu has been bedridden for he cannot be able to attend his chores and fulfilling his obligations, feeding for his family.

He said that he had been hearing about the deadly Gaza squad but has never met those thugs face to face.

Esther Njoki's son identified as Muchiri is also a victim.

'The small boys operate from the newly established Petrol station (Which is rumoured to belong to Governor Mwangi wa Iria) on your way to Kiawamburi and they are also engaged in cases of burglary in the area.

She sadly narrated how her son was brutally attacked saying that his right eye is now swollen and is not functioning. She said that Muchiri is not only nursing injuries but also suffering from psychological torture.

On his part Mr. Ng'ang'a the area Chair for Nyumba Kumi have also expressed concerns over the rising number of cases of insecurity and has called on security agencies to crackdown the killer gang.

He said that   “Insecurity is on the rise and we are even forced to go for short calls in basins at night due to fear of our safety,” Ng'ang'a said

He added that Criminals were roaming freely in Mukuyu and continued to maim residents with impunity,”

He warned that failure for the security agencies to take charge they would not sit and watch as thugs torture residents.

This comes less than a month after a 17 year old lady believed to belong to the Gaza squad from Kambirwa was shot dead in Kayole Nairobi.

LEGAL TSUNAMI: 4pm Today Moses Mwangi's Date With High Court

If you thought Dr Moses Ndungu Mwangi was out of the hook over a case that has been filed against him and ruled on his favour was over (of allegations of party hopping ) then you are indeed mistaken.

The case that had been filed by Peter Gatawa, a former Kiru Councillor, a loser of Jubilee party primaries and a close ally of Governor Mwangi wa Iria had been dismissed by Milimani law courts but Gatawa appealed in the High Court with an aim of vindicating his allegations with what he calls un impeachable evidence hoping that he shall get unequivocal justice.

He has filed a litany of accusations against Mzalendo Saba Saba party Gubernatorial Aspirant.

Gatawa urges the Court to nullify Moses Mwangi's candidature over claims that he party hopped from Jubilee Party to Maendeleo Chap Chap and then to Mzalendo Saba Saba party.

Kk online News has since established that Jubilee Party has affirmed that they never received a resignation letter from Doctor Moses who defected from Jubilee party a day before the first flopped party primaries.

The case which have kept Moses and his supporters wide awake will be determined in less that 8 hours from now.

His followers have ants in pants because if it is ruled against their favour then it means that Daktari may not be in the ballot on 8/8/2017 a move that may demotivate them from participating in the General elections.

However if the case will be ruled in their favour then it creates a very fertile grounds for Moses to seek sympathy from the voters who may see this as a move to deny  his political right.

The ruling may make or break Dr. Moses' Candidature something that has made his supporters hold their breath relentlessly waiting for the verdict.

Yesterday Moses took to social media asking his supporters to "accompany him at the Court precincts and offer moral support to our Governor"

He accused his opponent for sponsoring Court litigations in efforts to have him Disqualified to participate in the General elections.

In an emotional facebook post Moses wrote. "They have partially succeeded because his name now cannot be gazetted by Iebc pending the hearing and determination of the case levelled against him".

He concluded with a Bible verse from Luke 18:7&8: "And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly."

We will be closely monitoring the case and we shall be updating you on the proceedings and the ruling of the same

DISBELIEF: Why Nyerians Kept Off Jubilee Caravan

Big rallies may be over-rated when it comes to motivating voters to come out and vote on elections day especially in this year's hotly contested Presidential race.

Jubilee Party losers seem to be more determined to hold political caravans and thereby sending a signal to His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta (Political conspiracy) may be as a way of soothing him to reward them in lucrative state jobs when he forms the Next Government.

On Sunday 11th June the Jubilee Caravan found itsway in Nyeri County.

Led by losers Mary Wambui, Othaya, Jamleck Kamau Murang'a and 20 others who lost during the Jubilee party primaries, they started their day's activities, by attending a Church service (May be to ask God to bless their day and praying that people may flock in their rally)

They also made several unproductive stop overs before making their way to Kamukunji grounds.

The caravan attracted only a handful of Nyeri residents, a low turnout in what may be said to be the worst for a 'Political bigwigs"

According to Nyeri residents who spoke to Kk online News, there was no way they could attend a rally organised by those they rejected during the Jubilee party primaries

'How do I attend a rally to listen to someone I voted out, By sending them home we meant that we don't want to see them in the helm of leadership', Kigo Kamau said.

On her part Grace Njeri said that she avoided the meeting because to her 'the so called political bigwigs think that they are the only once who can be voted in and thereby take voters for granted by insinuating that they were rigged out.

In the four types of Kenyan Political rally attendees:interested type, Die hard supporters, ill minded fellows and The "Let's just go" Nyerians who attended the rally seem to chose the "Let's just go" type.

These are the people who just attend because the event location is within reach. On most occasions they go in groups and also use the event as a pass-timer because of a jobless day boredom or just to be away from home. They are also not interested in the meeting theme and are likely to stay until the end of the event but still leave without noting even a single thing that was addressed by the speakers.

The much hyped political rally ended up in disarray.

CONFESSION: Muranga's James Gathungu Explains Why He Broke Up With Miguna Miguna

News that Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna  had dumped his running mate James Gathungu three months to the elections and two weeks after unveiling him shocked many who wondered what went wrong to the two who had hold a joint Press briefing exuding confidence that they would clinch the Nairobi's top job.

When the Controversial lawyer appeared at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to present his papers for governorship, he showed up with a different running mate a little known Karen Wangwenye  an alumnae of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.

KK Online News have reached to James Karihe Gathungu with an aim of getting the facts right on what went wrong.

A 24 year old vibrant Turk, Karihe started his conversation with an idiomatic expression posing a question. "Let me ask you what would you do if you are in a ship and it is about to sink or you happen to see a very beautiful house but it has nothing inside would you make yourself comfortable in the house or would you get yourself In the move?"

He categorically stated that it was not Miguna Miguna who dumped him but it was Him who realized that Miguna was a Serious Joker who is best suited to be a social media Governor. (Miguna has this mistaken assumption that his 20,000 Twitter followers (Peter Kenneth had 300,000) will come out in droves to elect him.)

A student from Laikipia University with Bachelor of Arts and Statistics described Miguna Miguna, a Canadian based Lawyer as rude, An Aspirant with dead vision and a vulgur man who cannot talk unless he insults another person

He said that associating himself with Miguna Miguna would ruin his political future since he would later require those who Miguna called Thieves, Murderers, and Land grabbers.

In an exclusive interview with KK online News, Karihe who is popularly known as Karismatic downplayed Miguna's manifesto interpreting it as an outright lie and sheer nonsense.

"It is laughable for Someone to lie to Kenyans that he would build 50 Referral hospitals in Nairobi and that he would build 20 state of art standard underground tarmaced roads criss crossing Nairobi, You see, that's why I turned down Miguna's offer.

Karihe said that Miguna has no political strategy, lacked logistics and has dead ideologies.

He said that Miguna would never be Nairobi's Governor wondering when he would start his campaigns 'He is always abroad'

KK online News has learnt that Since Miguna Miguna declared his interest to be Nairobi's CEO he has done nothing to show that he understands the Kenyan Political Strategy, he has not conducted a single rally, he has never hold a closed door meeting with Nairobi's stakeholders among other things.
