DISPUTE: Murang'a resident Writes To IEBC Over Moses Mwangi Candidature

A protracted legal tussle is looming after a Murang'a resident wrote to IEBC challenging Dr Moses Mwangi's Candidature.

The resident urgues that Mwangi, an ordained priest,  contravened the law after he shifted from Jubilee party, to Maendeleo Chap Chap and then to Mzalendo Saba Saba party.

"This is in simple terms Party hopping which is illegal, the IEBC should nullify Moses Mwangi's candidature since he has offended the law," the resident has written.

Mwangi defected from Jubilee party in the eve of Nominations on grounds that he had reliable information that The Jubilee party would not conduct free, fair and transparent exercise.

This was on 20th April this year. Two weeks later, Moses contacted KK online News in a jovial mood to announce his New political outfit, Maendeleo Chap Chap which is owned by Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.

Moses had said that he had made up his mind and settled to Maendeleo Chap Chap because it was a Friendlier party to Jubilee having convened a National Delegates Convention and endorsed The reelection bid for Uhuru Kenyatta.

A week later His name would be listed as a Murang'a Gubernatorial Aspirant with a Village political outfit Mzalendo Saba Saba party.

However when asked why he hopped he denied having been in possession of a Maendeleo chap chap certificate. "I have never been in Maendeleo Chap Chap, I resigned from Jubilee party and joined Mzalendo Saba Saba party," Moses told Journalists after he received his clearance from The IEBC offices at Mukuyu.

Governor Mwangi wa Iria is also facing legal battles after Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission recommended nullification of his candidature over graft claims.

We will be following closely what will transpire for the two candidates.

TERRIBLE: Details Of Unpalatable Words Used By Muranga Nurses As They Ejected Patients From Muranga General Hospital

Doctors and Nurses have resumed to the Countrywide Strike over the infamous signing of Bargaining Agreement between their Union and Government.

It was not until the Government and the Council of Governors hardened their stand that the Union officials called off the strike which lasted for 3 Months.

However, they renewed their spirited fight for 'Their demands' probably because the Government is desperate on vote hunting and will do all what they can to get votes in their baskets.

That not withstanding, Murang'a General Hospital patients are a devastated and troubled souls. This is because when the nurses received the memo from their officials on the strike, they immediately withdrew from the chores and reprimanded the patients to move away from the premises of the hospital and come back 'only when they hear The Government has met their demands'

"Nurses waited until we pay Sh 1900 for lab test only to be told later to take our Mum and transfer her to another hospital or take her home," Annastashiah Njoki told KK online News at Muranga Hospital.

"It has been the worst experience of my life and it devastates me that the rude and uncaring nurse I met have left me resentful and reluctant to set my foot here again".

She pleaded with nurses to be humanly enough since the Government could still pay them even the days they are in the strike.

Another lady from Gitugi, Mathioya whose mother is suffering from Diabetes, Arthritis and Hypertension said that she had been sent at Focus Laboratory, KK online News has learnt that all the Patients are sent there for lab tests, and upon returning to the hospital she was told to go and take her mother from the Ward. "This is very unfair! My Mother is very sick she can't stand on her own and has not been examined today, I even don't know where to take them.

Lucy Waruinu bursted into tears after narrating to Journalists how they were turned away like stray dogs.

"I pleaded with Nurses to let my Sister sleep in the hospital for her condition but they scolded us to get out of the hospital,"
The nurses were also heard saying that even after the National Government Plays it's part, they would also go on strike over their remittance claiming that the County Government of Muranga has been withholding for a long period.

KK online News last months reported a story where nurses tell patients that Wa Iria do not purchase medical items and medicine at the expense of Free maize seedlings and Fertilizer subsidies.

According to the Study rudeness damages once ability to think, manage informations and make decisions.

This means that rudeness in medical settings could kill patients.
This is because People and specifically patients spend time and energy processing why rude comments were made against them which said away mental resource.

It comes at a time when Governor Mwangi wa Iria has called
a stakeholders meeting on Wednesday at Ihura Stadium to immediately lower water Tarrifs 'With Immediate effect'

A source who requested anonymity has told KK online News that Wa Iria demanded that Munga Must attend the meeting without apologies.

Today's meeting is going to shape Wednesday's Wa Iria's meeting since if the Board decides to lower the water Tarrifs then it means  Governor will only Have to announce good news to Murang'a residents who feel they have been taken for granted by MUWASCO.

On the other hand, it is not clear whether Munga a harsh critic of Governor Mwangi wa Iria is going to easily give in to his demands considering that Wa Iria was once Munga's Employee and the tycoon 'does not take him serious'

It's also alledged that Munga is the engine behind Moses Mwangi's Gubernatorial bid and this could bring in issues of conflict of interest between Peter Munga's dealings with Wa Iria's demands.

DOPE STORY: Muithirania's New Campaign Strategy And Sabina's Take About It

Whether you love or hate politics, there is no denying that politicians influence our lives in a big way. While some are busy propagating hate speech, others are busy coordinating scandals and some are busy mudslinging others all in the name of luring voters.

The world of politics is really like a market full of mad men and this manifests when you encounter a politician trying to call out the role of the dirty trick department.

By closely following Murang'a politics and to be precise the Women Rep Post, you will notice alot of Character assassination, mudslinging, playing victim and all the other unethical practices in campaigning.

Evelyn Waithira Nyoike, a Murang'a Women representative Independent candidate who quickly shifted the goal post after mercilessly being trounced by Sabina Chege with close to 100,000 votes seems to be well conversant with 'playing victim' and making Murang'a residents see Sabina in a bad light.

Her supporters majority of whom she inherited from Muranga Gubernatorial loser Hon Jamleck Kamau are all over social media trying to copy and paste What Team Kiambu did to portray Kiambu governor Hon William Kabogo as a man who have no respect for ladies, wives and all Kiambu Women In short Propaganda

The 'Malicious Statement' insinuate that Sabina and Her supporters insulted Waithira by telling her she is not water friendly and that she does not know how to dress.

KK online News has learnt that the statement is meant to justify to voters that Sabina does not fit to be called Maitu as is the case and to make people so mad with her and as a punishment giving Waithira Muithirania sympathy votes come 8/8/2017

Muithirania's camp is very eager to hear what Sabina will respond and may be use that against her by hoodwinking voters that she is just trying to run away from what she said.

Whatever the Case KK online News has tried to trace the verbertime quote from Sabina to no avail.

Attempts to reach out to those spreading the rumour has bore no fruits as most of them claim they also overheard and thus are 'Trying to win Masses to their preferred candidate.

However The rumour may not serve the intended purpose since its propagaters are doing that out of frustrations since their Gubernatorial candidate failed and thus are determined to ruin the Jubilee party by ensuring it does not have majority Mps in Parliament come January 2018

With the way the things are it is vividly clear that Politics is slowly changing from the issue based political discourse to mutual personal insults and Petty bickering on issues that are best left in the private domain. Do you think the dirty malicious tricks will sway voter opinion?

As Muithirania's sympathisers keep stirring controversies and making fiery utterances hoping to grab your attention and possibly get a hashtag trending on social media continue, all eyes are now looking to hear what Sabina, a savvy politician is going to respond.

However KK online News has established that it's just a matter of time and Sabina will be addressing the issue.

In one of her engagement platforms with her supporters she is reportedly told her political followers that "Integrity, Character and Morals are key  to any successful human being. Am still under construction, wait for the final product..."

She also requested her supporters to maintain peace and tranquility and commit in selling her manifesto instead of engaging in empty rhetoric from her rivals. "Peace is not absence of problems but I choose peace whether there is propaganda or not. God is still in control."

KK online News will be closing both Metumi beauties and their war of words.
