Dr. Moses Ndungu Mwangi's Gubernatorial fate will be determined tomorrow in the evening.
This was after a Lawyer representing Doctor Moses Mwangi, Madam Njeri told the Judge that they were not able to submit their response yesterday.
Njeri told the Court that Moses did not participate in Jubilee party primaries that was held on 26th April this year contrary to Complainants's observation.
The Plaintiff Peter Gatawa and 9 others want the Court to nullify Moses' candidature for party hopping.
Gatawa argues that Moses hopped from Mzalendo, Jubilee Party, Maendeleo Chap chap and then back to Mzalendo Saba Saba.
However in an interview with Journalists early this Month, Mwangi said that he had resigned from Jubilee party before the stipulated time.
Mwangi who is vying for Murang'a Governor on Mzalendo Saba Saba party was present in Court.
He wore wrinkles, looked worn out and frustrated.
