Panic mood has engulfed IEBC Murang'a East offices situated at Mukuyu area as aspirants stream in waiting to be attended by the officers.
Amongst the ones who were caught up in this panic moment is Senator Kembi Gitura who is running for the senatorial post on an independent candidate.
His mammoth supporters who camped outside IEBC offices were a confused lot wondering what became of the Senator who is scheduled to address Mukuyu and Muranga town residents.
According to an official it is the IEBC system that encountered delay citing that the delay is being witnessed in the whole country.
"We apologize for the delay, we understand that Hon Kembi and his supporters have stayed here for over One Hour but everything will be okay, we ask for persistenc," an official told KK online News.
