After 2 and half hours of waiting, panic confusion and anxiety Kembi Gitura has been handed a certificate to vie as an Independent candidate.
Kembi's supporters who camped outside IEBC offices at Mukuyu had started raising concerns on why IEBC system experienced delay.
However Kiharu's Returning Officer explained that the delay was experienced Countrywide thanking Kembi's supporters for their calmness.
Speaking after getting The certificate, Kembi who lost to Irungu Kangata in the Jubilee nomination, exuded confidence that he would clinch the Senate seat.
