DAMNING REPORT: Kenyan Tax Man To Pay For Mps Loans

With only 2 Months to ago and with all signs that most of the Mps will not make it to Parliament, KK online News has exclusively learnt that more than 100 MPs have borrowed more than Sh 4 billion.
According to an Member of Parliament who spoke to KK online News, whenever the Mps want loan it's the Government that is usually the guarantor meaning that Tax man's money may be used to settle these loans in case the 'greedy' Mps will not find their way into National Assembly.
According to a damning report from Ethics and Anti Corruption of 2015 it showed that records that covered mortgages and car loans for lawmakers in current and former Parliaments were missing.

This was the most shocking revelation of financial problems and mismanagement at the Parliamentary Service Commission which is supposed to safeguard such important files.
The files included  payment of salaries to retired lawmakers and payment of sitting and mileage allowances to lawmakers who did not attend meetings or travel to constituencies but had been claimed payments.

As at now 170 MPs and PSC staff who took car loans, only 120 log books were available in  debtors' records. In 2015 165 Members of Parliament had took loans.
In 2015, Only 615 of 650s could be accounted for and 35 title deeds had not been given to the PSC for safe keeping, as required by regulations on mortgages for Parliament members and staff.

This is just but a tip of an iceberg, the Mps who are supposed to safeguard the interests of their Constituents, have come out to be Tumbocrats. A insider in the Parliament has disclosed to KK online News that majority of the committee members have been signing sitting allowances for other members during committee meetings. The falsified lists are used to compute allowances.

MPs regularly claim travel allowances to their constituencies every weekend, when travels cannot be confirmed. In some cases, MPs claim constituency travel allowances when then are travelling outside the country, collecting other allowances.
The most sad part of the story is that when Kenyans are languishing with poverty, the Tumbocrats are bragging, campaigning with fuel gazers in the villages seeking their reelection bid.
This means that Kenyan tax payers will have to pay for their 'extravagant' expenses even if they will not make it to Parliament.
In Muranga for example,chances are 95% that Gatanga Mp Humfrey Njoroge, Maragua Mp Peter Kamande, Kigumo Mp Jamleck Kamau, Kangema Mp Tirus Ngahu and Mathioya Mp Clement Wambugu will not be August house and if they borrowed, well we will pay on their behalf.

Nairobi Gubernatorial loser and a 2013 Presidential loser Peter Kenneth has sworn that he will be in the ballot come 8/8/2017.
Ironically, Kenneth who was touted as Jubilee's choice argue that Jubilee party primaries were shambolic, and that some of his Votes were never Counted. According to Kenneth's think tank who requested anonymity, Kenneth who lost terribly and mercilessly to Nairobi's flamboyant Senator Mike Sonko, have been conducting closed door consultative meetings with Nairobi Members of Parliament Jubilee Nominees as well as Individuals who will be vying as Independent candidates. However those that were lucky to get Party's certificates have not promised to support Kenneth's bid. "Though some of his campaign team keep telling us that The Government has okeyed Kenneth's candidature we believe supporting someone outside the party may have far reaching consequences," one of the Jubilee Nominee told KK online News.
Our mole have informed us that Kenneth is expected to announce his glad campaign on Friday 19/5/2017. (Tomorrow) "If it's money He will use it but he's very ambitious on this seat he says it's either Kenneth or Kenneth," He is also expected to name his running mate the same day.
Peter's move may disenfranchise Jubilee party's mission to get the much coveted Nairobi County seat since Kenneth and Sonko will divide Jubilee votes making it easy for Evans Kidero to get back 'His seat'.
Multiple sources have confirmed to KK online News that Kenneth has set aside 500 Million to transverse Nairobi in one aim, luring voters to vote for him. He will also be using over 300 branded cars bearing his name without mentioning his plan of attending atleast 3 media houses for talk shows and live coverages.
Kidero on Thursday 18/5/2017 exuded confidence that he was the only man standing to be reelected.
Others who will are eyeing Nairobi Gubernatorial seat are Miguna Miguna alongside his running mate Mr.  Karihe among others.

Muranga residents have been having speculations on who Muranga Governor,Mwangi wa Iria would appoint as his running mate in the upcoming General elections.
This was after Wa Iria's Deputy Gakure Monyo turned his back from Governor Mwangi wa Iria and publicly started talking Ill of his boss', administration and offering to support Kigumo Mp Jamleck Kamau who would later lost to the incumbent.
Much have been speculated as to who would deputise Wa Iria some residents suggesting that his deputy would either come from Kigumo, Kandara and Maragua since Gatanga had produced Gakure.
According to Credible sources, Wa Iria will be selecting his deputy from Kandara following his promise that he would reward the Constituency that would massively nominate him in the Jubilee party primaries. Though he commanded all the South Constituencies apart from Gatanga, he beat all odds and emerged victorious in Kandara constituency where the area Mp and Kigumo Mp had joined efforts to lure voters to nominate the duo.
Our mole within the County Government has disclosed that Wa Iria has settled on Maina Kamau,a former Kandara legislator who was trounced by The Iron last Alice Muthoni Wahome.
Political experts argue that Wa Iria would want a deputy who is politically quiet, that does not have vast political connections and who would be submissive to him, a Deputy who would not have future gubernatorial ambitions something that would prevent him from proving difficult to Wa Iria.
Coincidentally all the descriptions fit Kamau who happens to come from Kandara.

WHO IS MAINA KAMAU?

James Maina Kamau was Member of Parliament representing Kandara Constituency elected through PNU ticket in 2007 to 2013 when he lost to Alice Muthoni Wahome.
He was Vice Chair of Departmental Committee on Energy, Communications and Information a very powerful committee between 2008 and 2012.
He was also Member of Joint Committee on Parliamentary Broadcasting and Library between 2008 and 2012
Howevee some quotas believe that Maina is not Wa Iria's best match. They argue Kamau was rejected by Kandarians and therefore he should be considered in the position.
Others who have been speculated to deputise Wa Iria are Gaichanjiru Mca Bernard Wanyoike who lost in Jubilee primaries. Wanyoike is a member of a strong Committee in Muranga County Assembly, A member of the Speaker's panel. Mr. Kahenya a tycoon business man in Kandara and Mr. Munyua who is Kigumo's Subcounty Administrator.
