While calling on Kenyans and the people of Muranga to treat the news as rumours, the Kiharu politician and business man has directed the rumour, that her daughter was salivating for the Women rep post, to a certain politician who he says has been 'pretending' to be their family friend.
According to Mr Maribe, the decision for Jacque Maribe to vie for the women rep or any other post can not be made in the streets.
Mr Maribe who is an active social media user has also traded guns to a popular Muranga WhatsApp adminstrator who he describes as 'Murang'a County Siren' peddling rumours by circulating 'fake news ' in various whatsup groups.
"I wish to state that this an absolute lie being peddled by a certain leader from Murang'a who has always pretended to be a family friend.In any case, such a monumental decision cannot be announced in the streets of Gachocho rural village," Mr Maribe says.
Mr Maribe has been a close and caring father to daughter Jacque who is facing murder charges in High court dismissing the allegations and maintaining that her daughter is innocent.
