Announcing to use legal means to stop the project, the MCA maintains water must FIRST feed his 'people'. Tells PS Joseph Wairagu and Director Peter Kihungi to brace for a bruising battle. The MCA wonders why the project which was aimed at targeting his people has been diverted to other areas
