LEGAL COMBAT:Get Ready To Face Tribunal- Kangata Tells Kembi

The Jubilee party campaign caravan dubbed mbele iko sawa which was held on Thursday 8th June was highly successful despite almost getting into headwinds attributed to supremacy battles within the party hierarchy.

In some stop overs of Gatanga and Kigumo constituencies however irate youth could be seen and heard chanting the slogan of Amb Senator Kembi Gitura when ever Kangata was speaking.

According to Kangata's office, '"There is credible information on how the youth were offered monetary inducements by staffs from senator Kembi's office. They were provided with placards reading "Uhuruto tosha others let people decide Murang'a no suit".

The office of Hon Irungu Kangata has told KK online News that the staff from the senators office induced youth to carry the placards and equally got instructions to heckle Irungu Kangata, to create a perception of voter hostility towards his candidature.

"The residents went further to provide photographic evidence of the staff deployed for the heinous acts,

We have all the reasons to associate Kembi with the election malpractices since we have evident photos of his 3 staffs with sports  utility vehicle Honda model  ferrying the placards and the hired youth were also  captured on camera," a Campaign strategist in Kangata's camp told KK online News.

Kiharu's legislator believe that the act is In contravention of the electrol code of conduct and is now on his final touches preparing to make a formal complaint to the IEBC.

However Muranga Senator and Senate Deputy Speaker Kembi Gitura has rubbished Kangata's accusations as cheap propagandas asking him to 'Fight his own battles'

"Let him learn how to fight his own wars and stop involving me in his cheap political propaganda and he is free to go to IEBC Tribunal or court. I'll meet him there," Kembi told KK online News.

Kembi Gitura clashed with Irungu Kangata during the disbursement of relief food at Kambiti where he asked voters not to vote Kangata in the Senate as he had earlier said he would prepare a bill to scrap the upper house.
