Kenyans are yet to come into terms after news emerged that Nicolus Muraguri a Permanent Secretary for Health have been moved to Lands Ministry.
Many Kenyans blame Muraguri for the 5 billion Scandal in health ministry many believing that he had had a hand in the scandal.
Many have been left figuring it out how the Lands ministry Will look like with the combination of Muraguri and Kaimenyi.
Muraguri, was also involved in supremacy battles with His boss Cleopus Mailu over the doctors and nurses strike.
Many anticipate that those wars will be transfered to Lands ministry without mentioning transferring Corruption in an already crippling Ministry for corruption related cases.
Others Permanent Secretaries who have been transferred are Irungu Nyakera who have been taken Planning.
