EXCLUSIVE : LETS MEET IN COURT JAMLEC KAMAU TO ASPIRANT

From Political arena to legal battles. Kigumo Member of parliament Hon Jamlec Kamau is an angry man. So angry that he is ready to use his money and resources to prove to the person who have wronged him that he is not only upset but determined to deal with anybody, anyone who proves to be a hindrance in his quest for gubernatorial seat.
"I have instructed my lawyers to launch a case to One Samuel Mwangi for his actions that I believe violates our Constitution' Kamau told KK online.
In an unspecified date Samuel Mwangi Maina popularly known as KIFEETI  is seen burning a T-shirt bearing the photo and the name of Jamlec Kamau at an unspecified place.
KIFEETI, an Mca Aspirant at Gitugi Ward, Mathioya constituency in Muranga County is believed to be a staunch supporter of Governor Mwangi wa iria who have been heard saying that he is ready to defend him to death.
Therefore by Jamlec taking Kifeeti to Court this is taking WA iria in a Court of law indirectly.
That however does not limit us from examining Kifeetis loyalty to WA Iria. It's interesting to talk about KIFEETI'S loyalty to Governor Mwangi wa iria because there is a section of Wa iria's camp who doubts it. Sometimes late last year and early this year there was intense pressure in WA iria's camp some of them believing that the down to earth gentleman, Kifeeti, could be working as an undercover to Jamlec Kamau to update him on WA Iria's political move.
However Kifeeti seem to have proved the naysayers wrong by his scathing attacks to Kamau to an extent of blocking Kamau's supporters to Mathioya and recently burning his campaign T-shirt.
According to the Elections Act it is an offence to forge, deface, destroy any campaign or promotional material to the opposing candidate or a political party and if found guilty one is liable for a conviction of 6 years in jail or a fine of 1 million or both.
Here is the excerpt of the law and the photo believed to be KIFEETI burning the T-shirt
