Uganda's Police Spokesman Felix Kawesi has been shot dead outside his home in Kulambiro a surbub of Kampala.
Kawesi who doubled as a director of human resources in the force had been vocal in Security matters many terming him as a no nonsense man.
He was the Third highest ranking in UGANDAN police force
