National Commission Against Drug Abuse Nacada is going to
establish a special Police unit of more than 800 armed men to fight drug abuse
in all 47 counties. Nacada Chair John
Mututho says the special unit
will help the commission to fight illicit brews
and drugs in the country for the police have failed to implement the Nacada
laws. Speaking during a morning local TV show Mututho says he is not comfortable
with the report that was released by an Inter-Agency Task Force saying the
first assignment for the special Unit will to visit all 21 factories which were
approved as compliance with specified regulatory requirements. The special Unit
